Cooperation with Budapest Spas cPlc

9 May 2024

Electrical, hydraulic engineering, and network tasks with the contribution of Budapest Waterworks

Budapest Spas cPlc (Budapest Gyógyfürdői és Hévizei Zrt. = BGYH) entered into a framework agreement with Budapest Waterworks on May 6, 2024. According to the contract signed, from now on, BGYH will rely on the expertise, experience, and professionals of Budapest Waterworks when arranging those electrical, hydraulic engineering, and network tasks that are necessary for fulfilling its investment, maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities. This covers a wide range of services, including electrical safety check-ups, planned pipeline constructions, pump maintenance, as well as mechanical engineering.

The open-ended framework agreement was signed by CEO Ildikó Borosné Szűts on behalf of BGYH and by CEO Géza Csörnyei and CFO Gábor Lebovits on behalf of Budapest Waterworks.
While this agreement recognizes the several decades’ long expertise of Budapest Waterworks, it is also an important example for a forward-thinking cooperation between the members of the Budapest family, i.e. the companies and institutions of the Municipality of Budapest.
